Welcome Back to School! The Second Semester is right around the corner. Classes will resume on January 7th at 8:00 A.M.

Remember: Placing a lock on your locker will assure your belongings will remain secure! A.D. Johnston is not responsible for unsecured technology or property.

Finally, A cell phone at school is a privilege, not a right. If it interferes with the classroom or learning environment in any manner, the student will be asked to keep it out of the classroom and/or school.

Hello and Welcome to the Second Semester at A.D. Johnston High School! I look forward to a great Semester and wish everyone a Happy New Year! Just a few reminders ....... Semester Exams will take place on January 16th - 18th. In addition, FASFA applications need to be completed for all Senior Students by March 1st. In addition, all Senior Students need to be applying for scholarships in the next few months as Graduation will be here soon.
Finally, the "TESTING SEASON" will begin after the Spring Break on April 8th.
Have a successful second semester at A.D. Johnston as summer will be here before we know it!

Senior Announcements
There was an informational letter given to all Senior Students about the ACT Registration Website and the SAT Registration Website if students are interested in taking the test in their Senior Year. The test site code is 232-110 - Ironwood High School (This is the actual Saturday Test Site)

In addition, there is a Financial Aid Night Set for Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at the Gogebic Community College starting at 5:00 p.m. in room T112. This meeting will discuss filing for Financial Aid and the FAFSA. You will need your FSA ID to complete this application. Your FSA ID can be established Online at fsaid.ed.gov . Your Senior child has a copy of all this information. If there are questions about the meeting, contact Sue Forbes at 932-4231 ext. 208.

Finally, your Bessemer Senior received an Important Dates and Information Sheet as well as an ACT / SAT Test schedule. In the event any of the listed information is needed, please contact the High School Office where it can be obtained.
